One of the biggest complaints I heard from potential clients as I initially started my office was they couldn’t get in touch with their attorneys. I practice daily to make sure this is never a statement made about me. I commit to calling my clients back before the end of every day. I’m also available most mornings from 7:30 until 9 for in-person visits, people dropping by for coffee, and to hash out details they’re stumbling over. This level of accessibility alleviates the uncertainty about what’s going on and, therefore, the fear.
